Where would I put water or add water?

You can connect the unit to a water supply. It comes with the water inlet and drains tubing that connects to the back of the unit. Or you can manually add water to the unit. There is a door on the right side of unit as you face the front where you can add water.

how do you clean the unit?

Simply use diluted water and vinegar solution to clean both the inside and the outside surface of the Ice maker. Avoid using chemicals or diluted agents such as acids gasoline or oil. Rinse thoroughly before starting.

Does the ice produce where the water dispenses or flows as well?

Theres a water outlet beside the Ice Cube Dispenser Shoot.

It shows ice pack is full even it’s empty.

The sensor is dirty You need to wipe down the insides where the ice is made with a microfiber cloth. Then plug the unit back in and turn it back on.

Why are there 3 holes on the back of this unit? How is it supposed to be connected? The manuals don’t address the 3rd hole labeled drain pipe right under the water inlet. There’s another drain at the bottom as well.

That third hole is actually an overflow in case there is too much water on the ice maker tank.

    How to drain the pipe?

A drain pipe is not required. The unit is feeding access water that’s not freezing back into the reservoir which is making the next batch of ice.

Does this unit have a second lid layer to protect the ice from melting? Cause the customer said the ice is exposed when he pulls the unit top/door.

You have to use the ice once finished or move it to the freezer to keep the ice.

What is the body of the unit made out of?

    It is made of plastic.

What is the Hose size of the unit?

Water hose information: 2/8″ L=1500mm white.

Why is the ice melting while sitting in the ice tray?

The machine produces ice constantly to make sure the ice is always fresh the machine will recycle the melted ice cubes from the tray and make new fresh ice. There is no cooling mechanism to keep the ice frozen that is in the tray.

My ice maker seems to be not working it starts and then stops. What can I do?

Please see the LED sensors on each side of the reservoir. Please clean the sensors and restart the machine.

How to fix the leakage problem?

Please check the water tank maybe the water tank is too full. Add water no more than the max line as attached and please take away the ice before adding water to the water tank or the ice melt and water will flow back to the water tank.
