    The “Mic Insert” jacks on the rear of the unit aren’t working. Any Advice?

    The jacks labeled “Mic Insert” are actually outputs for the mics. There are 2 inputs for the mics on the front of the device. The processed signal can be sent to another device from the jacks labeled “Mic Insert” – I put together a quick video showing how to set this up. HERE

    Why is that nothing shows in the little window on the left of the Input Button?

    If the display screen is not showing any characters or is not lighting up it means that there is a problem with the unit.

    Can this be used with any microphone system and custom speaker set? or do you have a karaoke system that comes with speakers a karaoke amplifier and a professional mic?

    Yes you can use any dynamic microphone and speakers

    How can I connect this to a Bluetooth soundbar?

    If the soundbar has an RCA line-in you will see a LINE OUT RCA connector at the back of this unit. You can use an RCA cord to connect this to the soundbar.
