Why won’t quick time play back the recordings?
Quick time does not play all video files. I recommend downloading VLC player online. It is free and will play most video file formats. HERE
Help my camera is not charging!
Some computer USB ports do not supply enough amperage to properly charge the cameras battery. For best results try using a USB wall charger for a full 8 hours while the camera is powered down. We recommend DC5V at 2000mA.
