    Can I disable the audio when I don’t want to record?

    Yes you can disable or enable the sound on the app.

    How far should the reception on this work? It works when it is right by my router but when I move it more than 100ft from the router it does not work.

    How to set up my camera with my PC?

    You can connect the camera to your PC but still you need to have the application( mipc.com) . It’s just the same process with your mac.
    You can’t connect this directly to your PC without any application.

    I lost the QR CODE. Where can I get it?

    Please connect your phone to the Wifi router then you can go the app account settings then click the ” local access” then you will see the camera ID there.

    Does it work with Spectrum wifi/5g?

    None of our cameras work with a 5ghz networkAll are 2.4ghz ONLY.

    How many cameras can I add to my Serenelife app?

    You can add up to 32 cameras on a single account.
